A Real Time Saver The clear-view, one-piece lid design simplifies inspection of and access to the strainer. Safe and Efficient Motor Besides offering energy saver or standard efficiency motors in all sizes, we use switchless, square-flange 56-frame motors, which have more mounting surface than a "C" face motor. The shaft is slotted for a screwdriver for easy maintenance on impellers. The metal-covered capacitor is on top of the motor where it belongs, eliminating the need for a breakable plastic bell cap on the back of the motor. A child cannot accidentally open the pump body because we don't depend on a twist-lock to seal the body. The square-flange motor bolts onto the seal plate which bolts onto the strainer pot volute.
