You’re right it’s the pump and a valve so they will replace it. It’s $699 for the pump
The pump is $260, but it won’t arrive by Friday. And then we pay another $100 for the guy to come out again by next week and install price
The part is a 3 year warranty, it’s Watts manufacture. (Watts is cheaper version of Grundfos. Same company but cheaper inside parts. Retails for $160.-) The labor is 3 months through the company
He said the water heater is in good shape and the pressure is good
